Horses with Active Ulcers or Symptoms
• Give 1 ml per 100 lbs of body weight orally, twice daily (AM and PM) for 14 days.
• After 14 days, reduce to 1 ml per 100 lbs once daily for another 14 days.
• Transition to a maintenance dose of 0.5 ml per 100 lbs daily.
• During periods of stress (e.g., riding, hauling, weather or environment changes), give 1 ml per 100 lbs prior to the event.
Older Horses / Hard Keepers
• Give 1 ml per 100 lbs orally for 10 days.
• Follow with 0.5 ml per 100 lbs daily until desired weight is achieved.
• Once at target weight, give 1 ml per 100 lbs 2–3 times per week for maintenance.
Ulcer-Prone Horses / Horses in Rigorous Training
• Follow the same protocol as outlined above for Horses with Active Ulcers or Symptoms.
Respiratory Infections / Shipping Fever
• Give 1 ml per 100 lbs daily until symptoms (e.g., cough, fever) subside.
• If antibiotics are prescribed, continue giving 1 ml per 100 lbs daily for at least 10 days after the last antibiotic dose.
Environmental Stress (Extreme Heat, Cold, or Disease Outbreak)
• Give 1 ml per 100 lbs orally prior to expected stress or environmental changes.
Colic Support
• At the onset of symptoms, give 30–50 ml orally.
• You may give up to 100 ml total.
• Contact your veterinarian if symptoms persist.
Hauling / Travel
• Give 1 ml per 100 lbs orally the day before departure and daily while away from home.
