Our return policy is simple: no questions asked. If you’d like to return a product, just call us at 1-800-254-0179 or email us at orders@proearthanimalhealth.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

We’ll give you easy return instructions. We do ask that you give us a quick call if possible — sometimes a quick conversation can help us understand what went wrong (and helps us make things better for everyone).

Once we receive the returned product, we’ll refund your purchase price promptly to your original payment method.
